Im Oktober 2020 verwandelte sich das Schauspiel Dortmund erstmalig mit der Garagen Xtravaganza in eine Ballroom – Performance. Beim Queer-Festival 2021 gingen wir mit The Kiki House of Solar & Friends aus der Community einen Schritt weiter und luden zum digitalen FutureLove – Mini Ball!

Für die dritte Ausgabe ist es an der Zeit für die Große Bühne des Schauspiel Dortmund. Crystal Saint Laurent lädt – mit The Iconic House of Saint Laurent, The House of LaDurée und The Iconic House of Ninja – zur internationalen Ballroom-Performance ein. House meets House.

Auf einem Runway mitten durchs Publikum, seid ihr hautnah dabei. Eine Jury und DJs begleiten den Abend. Ballroom ist sowohl kreativer Austausch, als auch Wettkampf. In unterschiedlichsten Categories (Kategorien) werden die Contestants (Wettkämpfer*innen) gegeneinander antreten und sich der Jury stellen.

In October 2020, Schauspiel Dortmund transformed into a ballroom performance for the first time with the Garagen Xtravaganza. At the Queer Festival 2021 we went one step further with The Kiki House of Solar & Friends from the community and hosted the digital FutureLove – Mini Ball!

For the third edition we move to the big stage of Schauspiel Dortmund. Crystal Saint Laurent will be hosting – together with The Iconic House of Saint Laurent, The House of LaDurée and The Iconic House of Ninja – an international ballroom performance. House Meets House.

You will be up close and personal, with a runway going right through the middle of the audience. A jury and DJs will accompany the evening. Ballroom is both creative expression and a competition. Participants will compete in different categories and face the jury.
